Travelling by train is probably not the most luxurious way. But since I don’t have the obligation anymore of picking the damn train every morning, I got to like it. Same for slow biking instead of taking the car. And walking my dog.
These are the perfect solution for having your dose of me-time while your still going somewhere. Cause that’s mostly the hardest part, right?
It’s not that we don’t have the time to slow down, drink tea and just do nothing for a moment. It’s this idea that we are doing nothing when we take a moment off.
But live ís always going somewhere. And so are we. When we run and juggle. And when we slow down and be presence in the moment.
There is really no point of not taking our daily dose of me-time.
Slowly drink our tea
Breath in fresh air
Wander without goal
By taking time for our self, we’re doing so much, our eyes can’t even see.
It refills our energy
Softens our muscles
Slows our overthinking brain
Nourish our body and spirit
And clears our sight
It helps you to recharge, re balance and become fully prepared to make the best next step you could ever make. Without getting caught up in the hamster wheel of just going for the going. And measuring your fulfillment by all what you did or didn’t do.
Because you are doing more than awesome.
And that moment for yourself will help you to truly feel your awesomeness all the way too.
